Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'

Include file not found

/RTE/RTE_popup_emoticons.asp, line 7

The include file 'includes/emoticons_inc.asp' was not found.

...when I click the Emoticons button to use them when posting. Just thought I'd bring this to your attention if ya haven't already realized. =x

edit: Shiznit, just realized that this is in t3h wrong subforum. D= Move if able pl0x kthx

Hmm... there's a large F next to your name, which signifies that you're on my Friend List. But there's also "Add this user to your buddy list!" under your avatar.

Is it supposed to be like that?

(Don't know if it matters, but I'm on Retro-Play right now).

Er...some of the emotes do not display correctly. They're somehow replaced with black and red squares and the like. D:
